The Wrightwood Neighbors Association (WNA) is a community group of neighbors and businesses working together since 1962 to help improve our neighborhood. Our mission is to preserve and enhance the vibrant quality of life for all who live, work, and play in Wrightwood. We provide opportunities for community involvement, promote local businesses, and advocate for issues of community concern. Above all, our goal is to make a positive difference in our neighborhood.

We are an all-volunteer community group for businesses and all people living in the area bounded by Halsted, Fullerton, Ashland, and Diversey.

We bring neighbors and businesses together to work with the 43rd and 32nd Ward Aldermen, 19th District Police, Engine 55 Fire Station, and City of Chicago agencies to help provide you with the best services possible.

Events and Programs

WNA has one of the longest series of open community meetings in the city! We hold Community meetings every month, typically on the second Monday of each month; Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month.

Our major fundraisers are the Taste of Lincoln Avenue summer street festival, the Lincoln Park Wine Festival in the fall, and the winter Taste of Wrightwood. These events raise money for our neighborhood schools, after school programs, charities, food banks, and neighborhood improvements. For more information, visit our Events page.

Stay in the Know and Join the Wrightwood Neighbors Association

Joining the WNA is a great way to connect with your neighbors and help shape the future of our community. Whether you care about safer streets, better parks, supporting local businesses, or just want to get more involved, there’s a place for you here. We’re a group of people who care about where we live and want to make it even better—together. Come share your ideas and be part of what’s next. Wrightwood Neighbors residents and businesses are invited to join Wrightwood Neighbors and additional donations to support our community are graciously accepted as well!
